Terms of Service

 
  • Right of admission reserved. Respect towards our staff and fellow patrons is expected and non-compliance may result in undesirable consequences.
  • For tables of 10 patrons or more, the minimum service fee will be automatically added to your bill at a rate of 10%.
  • All weights quoted are raw/unprocessed wights.
  • Some of our meals may be seasonal, subject to availability or may take longer to prepare.
  • At Mike’s Kitchen, we pride ourselves in authentic food and therefore we endeavor to limit the use of artificial additives or colourants.
  • Photographs are representational only. Our food is handcrafted and variations from images to product are inevitable.
  • Under no circumstances, will alcohol be served to persons under the age of 18. Proof of age may be requested at the time of order.
  • Mike’s Kitchen promotes responsible drinking and we therefore reserve the right to limit consumption whilst on our premises.
  • Specials are not automatically available at all Mike’s Kitchen stores. Please check with management of the store whether the advertised promotion is available.
  • All products are subject to availability, or while stock last. Mike’s Kitchen reserves the right to provide alternative products of the same quality and/or quantity at the advertised price.
  • The onus is on the patron to advise management on any special dietary requirements, including allergies and/or religious dietary requirements.
  • The patron agrees that neither Mike’s Kitchen Franchisee and Franchisor, or any of it’s employees, will be held responsible or liable for any negligent or innocent misrepresentations made to the patron, including loss of personal items whilst on our premises.
  • The franchisee, franchisor and its employees shall not be liable to any patrons for any accidents, damage, or injury of any nature whatsoever, occasioned or suffered by the patron whilst on these premises, whether or not such loss is as the result of any intentional, reckless or negligent act of omission on the part of the franchisee, frachisor or its employees.

For all national promotions:

  • Terms and conditions apply. These are set out in the promotional material for each offer, which may vary from our standard t’s & c’s.
  • All offers are subject to availability.
  • All offers are valid while stocks last.
  • All offers are available nationwide, unless stated otherwise (excluding Mike’s Kitchen Parktown).
  • Any substitutes on offers will be charged at an extra cost to the patron.
  • All offers are available for dine in only.
  • The price advertised is inclusive of VAT.
  • The visuals are for descriptive purposes only and meals served could vary.
  • Background images serve as styling props only and are not included in the meal.
  • Meals advertised are not in proportion to one another.
  • Mike’s Kitchen promotes responsible eating & drinking.
  • All masses refer to the approximate uncooked mass.

 

For all voucher issued to loyalty members, winners or otherwise:

  • T’s & C’s apply.
  • No voucher may be redeemed for cash under any circumstances.
  • No change (in money or voucher form) will be given against a voucher.
  • Any unused balance on a voucher cannot be used on another day and will be forfeited.
  • A voucher’s value is redeemable against any item on the current Mike’s Kitchen menu. (unless stated otherwise)
  • A voucher cannot be transferred to a friend or family.
  • A voucher does not include the gratuity of 10% and this is payable in cash.
  • Only one voucher may be redeemed per table.
  • A voucher is only valid for lunch and dinner. (unless stated otherwise)
  • A voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
  • A voucher is valid for the period as stipulated on each voucher.
